Court allegations can be based on nothing but a perspective that criminalizes confusing behaviors. Professionals who work within the court and its related bodies often are trained to seek out, diagnose and ostracize those who cause social upheaval by these "aberrant" behaviors. In doing so, our system effectively denies litigants a proper defense.
